• How can I make a return or an exchange?
As these are products considered intimate clothing and for hygiene reasons, we do not

You can return any item purchased on any of our sites, solely for

If you want to change your girdle for a different size or model, you just have to return the
original garment by following these steps.
1. Your garment and its original packaging must be in perfect condition, clean (no
stains, tears, tears or odors) and with its labels (as you received it).
2. Your request must be made by email to fajasymas@vikari.com or via
WhatsApp the first 72 hours after receiving it.
3. Make a payment of $198 pesos for a size change that covers the expenses

4. We will send you a return guide so that you can take your girdle to a
